I work within design teams that focus on
human-centered experiences
I have experience in design teams, mentoring designers and designing for fintech, B2B, B2C, SaaS, media companies and e-commerce.
I’m an experienced product designer based in Manchester, UK, currently helping establish core product processes and design system foundations at Kaboodle.
I work within a multidisciplinary team which consists of a Product Owner, Developers, Analysts and Testers.
I have been working in the design sector for 15+ years when I started as a visual designer in the retail sector I worked with many established brands like Barbour and Belstaff.
My journey went from Visual and Graphic Arts to Web Design and finally to Product Design (Research/UX/UI).
I’ve worked with some amazing companies
I have worked in many different sectors from retail, travel, healthcare, finance, fitness and entertainment. Experienced in working for start-ups, scale-ups and large corporate companies with various levels of product maturity.
Some of the design tools I use for work
Figma
I use Figma to design pretty much every stage and design systems.
Invision
When designing is Sketch, inVision is my go-to tool for rapid prototyping.
Adobe Xd
I use Xd occasionally for early wireframes.
Adobe Ai
Everything vector that cannot be done in Figma.
Sketch
Before turning to Figma, I designed in Sketch for years. I still occasionally use it.
Miro
I find Miro an extremely helpful tool for whiteboarding remotely, when FigJam isn't available.
Photoshop
I use it whenever there is non-vector design and photo-retouching needed.
Jira
For ticket creation, user stories and product management.
